Role Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and implement patient care plans to enhance recovery and maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress assessments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with referring physicians.
- Participate in educational programs and community events.
- Uphold compliance with HIPAA and corporate policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited PT program.
- Current CPR certification and Massachusetts PT license.
- EMR experience and strong clinical skills.
Competencies:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with strong organizational abilities.
- Customer service focused.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with frequent movement and manual dexterity.
