Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including evaluations, customized treatment plans, and ongoing progress assessments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate promptly with referring physicians.
- Engage in educational programs and participate in community events.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and corporate policies.
- Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Massachusetts PT license and current CPR certification.
- EMR proficiency and strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with frequent movement and manual dexterity.
