Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist at each of our 8 MA locations. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to improve physical function and mobility. Daily tasks include patient education, creating exercise plans, progress documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in evaluating and treating patients varying conditions
- Proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans and exercise programs
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to document patient progress and collaborate with a team
- DPT or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- CPR and First Aid certification
