The assistant manager will work closely with the managers assisting with client’s appointments, scheduling appointments, participating in meetings, training Direct Support Professionals, implementing behavior support plans, administrative paperwork, auditing and ordering medications and upholding health and safety standards in the client’s home.
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour and up based on experience! Monthly bonuses
Status: Full Time
Hours: Days Monday-Friday Occasion evenings and weekend shifts
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Following client’s schedule
· Seeing that clients get to work and appointments
· Checking in medications and ensuring MARS are up to date
· Ensuring clients’ homes are clean and up to standards, creating and maintaining cleaning check lists.
· Recording clients’ medical appointment and their progress with ADLs
· Assisting clients with budgeting and shopping needs
· Communicating professionally with client’s teams, guardians and families
· Represent MRCS in a professional manner.
· Maintain a positive attitude.
· Adhere to and support the “Core Values” of the organization while performing essential job duties and functions.
Job Type: Full-time
