1. Ensure participant safety and well-being by enforcing rules, monitoring activities, and responding to emergencies as necessary.
2. Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used properly and safely.
3. Promote participation in recreational activities through community outreach, marketing, and engagement efforts.
4. Prepare reports, maintain records, and complete necessary forms related to program attendance, incidents, and other relevant data.
