Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs regular and preventive maintenance on all machinery, equipment, tools, and building.
- Assists in the repair of woodworking machinery, in feed / out feed systems, hand tools in accordance with diagrams, operating manuals, and manufacturing specifications
- Welding and fabricating when necessary as well as assisting other with the process.
- Performs preventative maintenance, as scheduled
- Maintains records of repair and maintenance activities
- Performs duties consistent with established safety rules and procedures
- Keeps work area clean and organized
- Participated in safety, CI and other
- If assigned to the Treating Department, performs duties consistent with hazardous waste and hazardous material handling procedures and practices.
- Prepares various reports as required and any other duties that are requested on a day to day basis.
