This part-time position involves organizing, leading, and instructing a variety of fitness activities for participants of all ages.

Key Responsibilities :
- Create and teach innovative choreography and routines that energize participants.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants through effective monitoring and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide personalized instruction based on varying skill levels and adapt classes to fit individual and group needs.
- Maintain and manage equipment, ensuring safe and proper usage at all times.
- Engage with the community to promote recreational activities and foster active participation.
- Keep accurate records, prepare reports, and document program attendance and incidents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- First Aid and CPR / AED certifications must be obtained within 30 days of hiring.
- A national fitness certification or relevant class-specific certification should be achieved within 30 days of hire.
- Six (6) months of experience in fitness instruction or teaching is preferred. Equivalent education and experience will also be considered.
