A large government client of ours is seeking an experienced Engineer to join their dynamic team. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., computer science, engineering, information technology) and 12 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 10 years of related experience.
- Experience with people management and development, including performance management and talent development
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate status and present to both customers and program leadership
- Demonstrated leadership skills and attention to detail, with experience managing and developing technical teams
- Experience with cloud implementations, software-defined networking, AIOps, and data-driven operations
- Experience with capability deployment across the full system lifecycle, including design, development, integration, test, and sustainment activities
- Experience with large-scale cloud native architecture design utilizing industry security standards
- Currently possess an active Secret security clearance
- Leadership experience utilizing Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technical solutions that meet customer requirements
- Ability to travel to customer sites ( Preferred Qualifications
- Top Secret clearance
- Experience with DoD processes, DoD Cybersecurity accreditation processes, DISA operations, and Cyber Risk Management Processes
- Experience with SecDevOps processes and cloud migrations
- Experience with specific technologies, including :
- AWS GovCloud IL5 / IL6
- CI / CD Pipelines
- Robotic Process Automation
- Application Migrations to the Cloud
- ServiceNow (TSM, TSOM, and OMT)
- ELK Stack / Kafka
