Position Title : Software Developer (Senior)
Location : Remote with occasional travel to Washington, DC
Position Overview :
Marathon TS is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our elite team of low-code aficionados. As the senior developer, you will play a pivotal role in performing the modernization of a portfolio of applications using primarily Microsoft PowerApps technology. Your experience and expertise will be crucial with designing, developing and deploying of a secure PowerApps system, all while embracing the Agile mindset to foster innovation and rapid adaptation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize low-code application platforms, primarily Microsoft PowerApps, to modernize FMCSA's application portfolio in close coordination with FMCSA's business priorities.
- Implement effective and efficient workflows that reduce the burden on users.
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Interact with the existing transactional databases and repositories for data integrity
- Enable FMCSA to consolidate functionality from disparate applications and sunset current applications that are either deprecated or not maintainable
- Improve security posture of applications across the portfolio
