Marathon Staffing is seeking a Lead Bus Servicer to join our team and oversee the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of transit vehicles and facilities. If you have an eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and coordinate cleaning and maintenance efforts for buses and facilities.
· Train and supervise temporary Bus Servicers to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
· Oversee vehicle readiness by ensuring fueling, fluid checks, and cleaning are completed.
· Maintain accurate records of tasks, including vehicle maintenance and fare box security.
· Keep facilities clean, including break rooms, offices, and bathrooms.
What You Bring to the Team:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· At least 1 year of experience in custodial work, vehicle detailing, or a related field.
· A valid South Carolina Class D Driver’s License (CDL is a plus but not required).
· ** Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and clear driving record. **
