Marathon Staffing is seeking a Picker/Packer in Leominster, MA.
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Schedule: 3rd Shift 11:00 pm-7:00 am
(Once training is completed on the 2nd Shift)
Pay rate: $19.00 per hour
*Candidate must be able to train on the 2nd shift for 1 week from 3:00 pm-11:00 pm*
Requirements:
- Clear communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Must have clear communication skills.·
- Must be able to read, communicate, and write in English.·
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Duties Include:
- Wrap, box, or bag items according to company standards.
- Apply labels, barcodes, or tags to products and packaging.
- Check products for defects or damages before packaging.
- Ensure the correct quantity and weight of items.
- Use tape, glue, or other materials to secure boxes and containers.
- Arrange packed goods neatly for shipping or storage.
- Adhere to workplace safety regulations and guidelines.
- Keep the packaging station and surrounding area organized.
- Document packaged items and report shortages, defects, or quality issues.
- Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to meet production goals.
