What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spider/Forklift Operator position at Marathon?

Channeled Resource Group is seeking experience warehouse/forklift operator to assist with loading/unloading high-speed slitters/coaters, banding/wrapping pallets and pulling product from inventory to be processed on machines.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing materials to be processed
- Loading/unloading machinery with material
- Filling out paperwork relating to orders
- Weighing pallets/material for shipments/re-inventory
- Moving material from production area to shipping area
- Assisting in Shipping/Receiving department with moving of materials
- Prior experience with operation of a forklift or willingness to learn
- Prior experience with clamp truck attachment a plus
- Open to assist in all aspects of the job without hesitation
- Keeping work area clean and organized
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior forklift experience
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate with other employees in a positive manner
- Ability to work independently and/or a team player
- Safety minded
SHIFT:
- 3rd Shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am/Sunday - Thursday
- Overtime is scheduled as needed
- Starting wage of $19.00 per hour plus an hourly shift differential ($2.00 for 3rd shift)
- Will be required to train on 1st shift for 60 days prior to switching to hired shift
- A wage review after 30 days and 60 days for potential wage increase
- $1,500 sign on bonus after 6 months pending good standings
