Role and Responsibilities
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for all of the day-to-day tasks involving the fulfillment of MarathonLS’ daily outbound shipments, receipts of inbound shipments, and data maintenance in various WMS & ERP systems. The data maintenance includes but is not limited to the creation of new item records, lot/serial number traceability, and the oversight of the integrations between WMS & ERP systems. You will also be responsible for communications between the business and any 3PL partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & monitor all outbound shipments
- Manage & monitor all inbound shipments for receipt at 3PL warehouses
- Create Item Records in NetSuite
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure data is aligned across multiple systems
- Ensure that each inventory item has a corresponding GTIN/barcode
- File claims for damaged or missing shipments with carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS)
- Facilitate returns to vendors from both customer locations and MarathonLS locations
- Act as primary contact with carriers and 3PL partners
- Update Sales Orders with delivery ETAs from vendors to ensure all sales orders have accurate shipping dates
- Ensure that all the inventory items have a COA, SDS, and/or any other lot traceable documentation
- Assume all responsibilities associated with managing Amazon account, including but not limited to managing all of the shipments to Amazon Distribution Centers
- Add the correct barcodes and shipping labels to each Amazon replenishment order
- Produce ad hoc reports based on requests from clients, suppliers, and/or internal stakeholders
- Produce recurring reports for business reviews, internal meetings, and KPI tracking
- Ensure data accuracy & quality across all WMS & ERP systems
- Create Purchase Orders in NetSuite and submit them to suppliers/vendors
- Complete inventory adjustments, transfers, and other transactions in NetSuite
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to conduct cycle counts; reconcile inventory data between WMS & ERP systems
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Supply Chain Manager

- Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Oracle or other ERP systems; NetSuite experience a plus
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus
- Logistics management experience is a plus
- Highly collaborative and understands the value in working together with internal teams to achieve company targets
- Strong ability to utilize analytical proficiencies to evaluate data and trend reporting
- Strong communication (oral and written), organizational, project management and team building skills
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
