What We’re Looking For
We’re currently hiring a Residential Cleaner who meets the following criteria:
- Experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning
- Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Brings their own cleaning supplies and tools
- Availability to work weekends
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, calendar apps, and smartphones for scheduling and communication
Your Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning duties: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and respect each client’s preferences
- Present a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
- Communicate clearly with clients and supervisors using digital tools
Compensation & Bonuses
- Starting at $20/hour
- $10 bonus for each home cleaned
