What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a strong plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must provide your own cleaning products and tools
- Weekend availability required
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Your Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
- Work efficiently alone or as part of a team
- Use apps like WhatsApp and calendar tools to manage scheduling
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times
Compensation & Benefits
- $20/hour starting rate
- $10 bonus for every home cleaned
