Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Scoopers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of delicious ice cream flavors. You will play a key role in creating a fun and enjoyable experience for our customers, ensuring that each visit is memorable.

Duties

• Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Accurately take customer orders and handle cash transactions using the POS system.
• Prepare and serve ice cream, sundaes, and other desserts according to established recipes and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food preparation and handling.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ice cream and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to provide efficient service during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is beneficial.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude.
