Marbled & Fin is hiring an AM Butcher!
Our modern steak and seafood restaurant will have a focus on premium beef while also committing to refined, modern and creative local seafood and sides dishes. Applicants should have at least 1 years of butcher/cooking experience in an upscale, high-volume, fast paced restaurant. We are looking for those that are comfortable multitasking and prioritizing their job duties and are skilled in large scale food production and refined plating techniques. Experience with quality and production control as well as the storage of meat and fish desirable.
