This Front of House manager is someone who will embody strong leadership traits and adept decision-making skills while being creative, curious, and committed to cultivating an atmosphere of professionalism.
The Front of House Manager is:
- Experienced in a full-service, professional environment, with 2 years in a management position.
- Passionate about hospitality with an in-depth knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and refined cocktails.
- Honest, genuine, and has an ownership-driven mentality with a hands-on attitude.
- Excited to spend time providing once in a lifetime hospitality to our guests, in addition to assisting staff and problem solving on demand.
- Knowledgeable of operational management procedures not limited to budgetary discipline, property management, staff supervision, inventory management and food safety protocols
- Someone with a passion for wine and spirits, with a desire and knowledge to suggest wine pairings to guests.
