This General Manager is someone who will embody strong leadership traits and adept decision-making skills while being creative, curious, and committed to cultivating an atmosphere of professionalism. In this position, you are responsible for directing a team and monitoring operations. The ideal candidate is a high caliber individual who fosters an open and positive environment for a team while actively engaging with our guests.
We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to lead a team by example and enjoys offering genuine hospitality to our guests.
The General Manager is:
- Experienced in a full-service, professional environment, with 2 years in a management, Assistant GM, or GM position required.
- Passionate about hospitality with an in-depth knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and refined cocktails.
- Honest, genuine, and has an ownership-driven mentality with a hands-on attitude.
- Excited to spend time providing once in a lifetime hospitality to our guests, in addition to assisting staff and problem solving on demand.
