Marbled & Fin in downtown Charleston, is locally owned and operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). The restaurant features sleek interiors and progressive menus with an unwavering focus on top-notch hospitality.

The position is for someone who is professional, friendly, and hospitable. The ideal candidate should have hospitality at their core. Someone focused on facilitating memorable guest experiences. As the leader of the host team and the first (and last) impression of the restaurant, we are looking for someone knowledgeable, approachable, and efficient who can be a facilitator of incredible experiences.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years hosting in a fine dining environment.
- Passionate about hospitality and taking care of guest needs.
- Those who are detail-oriented and organized, who can work proactively with a sense of urgency.
- Individuals who are engaging, people-oriented, and who can clearly communicate with guests inside the restaurant and over the phone.
- Must have a passion for hospitality and a desire to facilitate memorable experiences for our guests.
- Proficiency in Resy, and comfortable organizing and managing reservations.
