Minero is a lively, casual Mexican Grill and Cantina located in the heart of Johns Island in Charleston, SC, operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, The James, Marbled & Fin and Minero).
We are looking for PM Masa and Tortilla Cooks who want to join a team of true hospitality professionals. Someone interested in learning new techniques enjoys working with locally sourced ingredients and is eager to assist in achieving our culinary vision.
Weekend availability is a Must!
What we are looking for:
- Skilled in large-scale food production with the ability to follow recipes and guidelines.
- Understanding of food and kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
- Comfortable with traditional masa and tortilla techniques working quickly, cleanly and efficiently.
- Willingness to get the job done correctly!
