We are a small, family-run business specializing in locally-sourced goods and services. Our shop is supported by a small community of customers who care deeply about where their food comes from. It is our job to keep open and honest lines of communication around all we source and produce.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, display and sell custom meat cuts, housemade dishes and locally sourced products
- Work with butchers and chefs to develop deep understanding around sourcing and production methods
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at the counter
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in food service is a plus
