Responsibilities:
- Work with butcher and kitchen team to create prepared dishes for grab-and-go case
- Work with butchers and chefs to develop deep understanding around sourcing and production methods
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
- Assist team with inquiries with organizational and cleaning tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a positive work experience
Qualifications:
- Basic knife skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in food service is a plus
