Vice President of Programs
Reporting to the President/CEO, the Vice President of Programs serves as a key Executive Team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting MARC Community Resources (MARC). The Vice President of Programs is an integral member of the Executive Team, responsible for the oversight and management of the Life Enrichment, Employment, and Residential programs. Works to establish progressive, comprehensive procedures aimed at best practices and compliance with all state DDS and DSS regulations, as well overall federal requirements. A significant focus of this position is growth. The Vice President of Programs will work to establish steady fiscal revenue by creating new programs, increasing the census, and creating efficiencies within the programs.
The Vice President of Programs will be a vehicle for positive culture building. This position, along with all management positions, are active participants in building a positive, inclusive culture that values the individuals and employees at MARC. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Master’s degree; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10 years progressive experience in the field of DD/ID
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Experience working with DDS.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience/proficiency in Therap strongly preferred.
