Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Troy, MI. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include managing and training team members, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. The Sales Supervisor will also handle customer inquiries and feedback, and collaborate with management to implement effective sales strategies.
