Marketing Coordinator- MARC Digital Solutions
MARC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing digital team. This is a great opportunity for someone with one to four years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and excited about playing a key role in delivering marketing campaigns and client success.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of digital customer servicecommunicating directly with clients and acting as the bridge between our media advisors (sales team) and the digital operations team to ensure client needs are met with clarity and care.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and reports
- Handle project communications and provide digital support to our clients.
- Assist in the execution and fulfillment of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Support the sales and digital teams by managing project timelines, creative assets, and client deliverables.
- Help manage content calendars and support basic social media posting and scheduling
- Track campaign performance and support reporting needs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and campaign performance metrics.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong attention to detail
- Experience with digital project management.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising or graphic design is a bonus
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing, communication, or a related field
Other Requirements:
- Possess a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record as outlined by companys insurance provider.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings.
- Monday to Friday schedule with periodic weekend if needed.
