Receptionist Part Time- MARC Radio Dallas KGGR-AM/FM
Job Summary:
MARC Radio Dallas is looking for part-time receptionist to support our Black Gospel & Teaching Station in North Texas
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and timely manner
- Pass out on air giveaways to the winners who show up to collect their prize
- Maintain list of giveaways
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Collect payments and scan checks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide support to station staff as needed, including scheduling appointments and running errands
- Assist with planning and execution of station events, including open houses and community outreach initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as creating sales presentations and preparing client materials
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and sitting at a computer
Other Requirements:
- Possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings
- Monday to Friday schedule
Job Type:
- Part-Time
- 25-30 hours/week
Pay:
- $10/hour
