Key Responsibilities
- Perform evening turndown service in guest rooms, including straightening linens, fluffing pillows, and placing amenities.
- Replace used towels, replenish toiletries, and restock in-room refreshments as needed.
- Empty trash bins and ensure the overall tidiness of the room.
- Dim lights, close curtains, and create a comfortable ambiance for guests.
- Leave turndown gifts such as chocolates, notes, or complimentary items as per hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or guest requests to the appropriate department.
- Respect guest privacy and adhere to "Do Not Disturb" policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as set by the hotel.Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
