What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Driver - Class A CDL 3RD Shift position at Marc's Distribution Center?
Marc's Distribution Center located on Brook Park Ohio services the Marc's stores across Ohio. We are currently looking for highly dependable individuals for 1st shift Semi Truck Drivers.
Starting Pay is $22.50 an hour with a pay review 6 months after hire date.
The routes are all local. You are home everyday! We have a new fleet of Freight Liner tractors with automatic transmission.
Must have experience in driving a Semi Truck with a 48' - 53' trailer or graduated from a school that trained in pulling 48' - 53' trailers.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Lift up to 60 pounds
- 1 to 2 years experience preferred, but will except resumes/applications of new CDL Class A Drivers.
- Must be able to work overtime when needed
- Must have a class A CDL
- Must have a Clean Driving Record.
- Must have a current DOT Physical Card
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment while meeting the required quotas and performance standards
- Must pass required drug test and background check
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A CDL truck to transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Navigate routes to deliver products on time while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery schedules.
