JOB TITLE: REST AREA CREW MEMBER
NORMAL WORKING HOURS: DAY OR NIGHT SHIFTS - ROTATING WEEKENDS
REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF CONTRACT SERVICES
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Complete tasks in a manner that meets or exceeds the high quality Marca standards.
2. Custodial duties, including cleaning restrooms, floors, windows, and walls.
3. Lawncare duties, including mowing, weeding, planting, and general landscaping.
4. Trash removal.
5. Snow removal and salting of sidewalks
6. Use of power equipment, including mowers, blowers, weed trimmers, and snow blowers.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1. Valid Ohio State ID.
2. Must be able to work in all temperatures.
3. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
1. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred but not required
2. Must meet training requirements set by Marca Industries, Inc.
RELATED FUNCTIONS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performs other duties as assigned by Marca Industries Leadership.
2. Maintains confidentiality.
3. Demonstrates and maintains regular and reliable attendance.
4. Attend meetings as required.
5. Promotes interpersonal sensitivity (objective awareness to others, tactful interaction)
