JOB TITLE: Shift Coordinator
NORMAL WORKING HOURS: Day or Night shifts, rotating weekends are required. 10 hour shifts
REPORTS TO: Director of Contract Operations
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Oversee shift operations at ODOT Rest Areas as required by the contract of location.
2. Ability to perform all the duties of a crew member.
3. Ability to work along side and train crew members with developmental disabilities to perform cleaning and maintenance duties.
4. Ensure Marca high quality standards are met in the cleaning and maintenance duties.
5. Payroll time reporting for crew.
6. Provide accurate reporting of daily duties.
7. Inspect interior and exterior of property to ensure cleanliness and grounds are well manicured. Complete as needed.
8. Provide timely and accurate communication to other staff.
9. Assist the crew with dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, cleaning restrooms, walls, windows, trash, mowing, trimming, landscaping, leaf and weed control, shoveling, salting, plowing, and other duties that need to be completed.
10. Responsible for providing a safe environment for motorists and crew members.
11. May utilize company vehicles to provide transportation for the work crew.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1. Valid Ohio Driver's License, acceptable driving record, and state minimum automobile insurance
2. Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
3. Must be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds.
4. 10 hour shifts
5. Rotating weekends
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
1. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
2. Experience preferred directly relevant to the provision of services to adults with disabilities.
3. Must meet training requirements set by Marca Industries, Inc.
POST-HIRE REQUIRED TRAINING, CERTIFICATIONS, REGISTRATION, AND LICENSURE:
1. First Aid/CPR
2. Specific job duties
3. Maintain Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

1. Performs other duties as assigned by the CEO.
