ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Entry
- Process and manage customer orders received in a variety of manners to include EDI, Email, and Fax in a timely manner.
- Data entry is a key portion of this role. Keying in all customer order accurately within 24-hours of receiving or within appropriate cut-off periods is critical in this role.
- Provide accurate information on customer inquiries, such as pricing, product information, shipments, distributor search information, and orders.
- Communicate with customers via phone, fax, or email concerning orders, shipments, and products to obtain information necessary to process order.
- Build product knowledge of Marcal items and answer general product inquiries.
- Maintain order documentation until completion of order.
- Function when needed as a liaison between sales, operations, and finance to address order management issues that are impacting delivery, service, and sales.
- Interface with sales representatives and customers to provide requested information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be detail oriented, can accurately analyze data, good time management and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and oral language skills.
- Ability to time manage and work within deadlines.
- Proactive person with strong analytical skills, self-motivated, and has a strong work ethic.
- Strong team player.
- Flexibility and the desire to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Ability and desire to learn the product and technical information provided in training.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree preferred with emphasis in business or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service related field.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour
