Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Schedule and supervise routine inspections and emergency repairs.
- Monitor and manage equipment performance metrics to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities based on team members' expertise and the plant's operational needs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training for skill enhancement.
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the maintenance department’s budget.
- Track expenses and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality.

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with workplace safety, environmental regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-10 years in maintenance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in the paper mill or manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
