Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with the smooth operation of the dining area. This role is crucial in creating a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and delivering food and beverages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including the front entrance and waiting areas.
- Provide support to guests by answering questions about the menu and restaurant offerings.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to help with order processing when necessary.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality throughout each shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Familiarity with POS systems,
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations or guest inquiries.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality are essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with busser duties.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to work all holidays NO EXCEPTIONS

Pay: $16.35 - $19.35 per hour
