Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions to guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- You will be required to work holidays, no exceptions!
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards is a plus.
