Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining systems, and assisting with various technical inquiries. Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various platforms including Windows.
• Assist users with desktop support tasks including installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues related to LAN and IT infrastructure.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for common technical problems.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting operating systems.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including LAN setups.
• Familiarity with desktop support practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $19.73 - $25.00 per hour
