Experienced Dental Front office staff

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dental Front Office staff with at least 5 years of experience for a quality PPO office.

Responsibilities:
✓ Oversee daily office operations, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification.
✓ Coordinate treatment plans and ensure accurate billing and insurance claim submissions.
✓ Manage patient records and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
✓ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
✓ Collaborate with the dental team to optimize workflow and ensure efficient patient care.
✓ Assist with financial tasks, such as billing, collections, and financial reporting.

Requirements:
✓ Proven management experience in a private General dental practice.
✓ Strong knowledge of PPO insurance plans, dental coding, and billing procedures.
✓ Proficient in Dentrix dental software system (a must!)
✓ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
✓ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
✓ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and patient-focused environment.
✓ Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
