Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring the best possible terms for clients.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and zoning laws to provide accurate and current information to clients.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, deeds, and leases, in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License in the state of New Jersey
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Gloucester/Burlington County and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with real estate CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
