Minimum (5) years experience required in:
- Office Administrative Assistant or Related Position
Must be able to:
- Assist with all aspects of office administration.
- Perform job duties in a TIMELY manner and be able to work under specific deadlines.
- Multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Be dependable and punctual.
- Adapt and be flexible to an ever-changing work environment.
- MARKETING SKILLS A PLUS.
- Familiarity with Commercial Construction terms and operations preferred.
- Full time 40-hour work week. Normal work hours are 7:30-4:30 M-F. NO WEEKENDS.
Candidate must be proficient in: Word, Excel, Outlook, and able to learn and adapt to customized computer programs.

Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors at the front desk.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and addressing inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for data entry, filing, and calendar management.
- Assist with marketing tasks and maintain organized records to support administrative functions.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and handle clerical duties as needed.
