Overview
Marco Board House is currently seeking an SMT Operator to work in our facility. This position is Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM.
Respnsibilities
· Load/print/unload screen printer and paste inspection machine
· Learn to identify the various types of surface mount components
· Set up and operate the SMT line equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
· Utilize quality practices and procedures to assure assemblies are manufactured to customer specifications
· Learn to adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and according to instructions
· Develop ability to hand place difficult parts
· Inspect components to confirm that machines are placing the correct value part in the appropriate location
· Maintain clean, neat and safe work area
· Ability to be IPC certified
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in reading schematics related to electronic assembly.
- Knowledge of production, and desire to learn circuit board manufacturing
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in electronic fabrication.
- Ability to work with printed circuit boards (PCBs) effectively.
- Problem solving and analytical detail
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is preferred but not required.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
