About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative who thrives on building new relationships and closing deals. This role is perfect for a "hunter" – someone who excels at identifying and pursuing new leads, developing target clients, and driving revenue. The successful candidate will also manage and close warm leads provided by the business, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities across target industries such as interior design, hospitality, retail, and artist partnerships.
- Client Development: Build relationships with decision-makers in hotels, hospitals, restaurant chains, galleries, and retailers offering framed art. Cultivate artist partnerships to provide them with printing and framing services for their personal sales channels.
- Sales Strategy: Research and understand customer needs, presenting tailored solutions to meet their framing and fine art requirements.
- Warm Lead Management: Efficiently follow up and close on leads generated by the business, maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to expand your network and generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools. Report on sales metrics and performance regularly.
- Customer Success: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless service delivery for new clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on prospecting and lead generation.
- Experience in art, design, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
