What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Representative for Marco Island Painting, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and driving sales within your territory. Key responsibilities include:
· Participate in Training: Learn and master our sales process.
· Lead Generation and Prospecting: Dedicate 8 hours per week to prospecting and generating new leads, compensated at $25/hour.
· Client Consultations and Presentations: Conduct in-home and on-site consultations for residential and commercial painting projects, providing detailed quote presentations with the aim of securing on-the-spot client sign-ups.
· Follow-Up and Contract Securing: Engage in follow-up with clients to secure contracts, collect deposits, and ensure satisfaction.
· Sales Goals and Customer Service: Consistently meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
· Weekly Reporting and Audits: Attend weekly meetings to present sales reports, review job profitability, and participate in audits for any jobs that went over budget, in collaboration with the owner and the painting crew leader.
· Pre-Job Coordination: Participate in pre-job meetings with customers and project teams to establish clear communication and ensure client satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has:

Hours & Compensation:
- Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays based on client needs.
- Commission-based earnings with an 8% commission on total sales.
- Weekly draw of up to $600 during the commission period, capped at $4,000.
- Paid prospecting at $25 per hour for 8 hours per week, non-negotiable.
