Marco MKT is seeking motivated and energetic Events Specialists to coordinate and host sales events at our designated locations!
This part-time role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a flexible schedule. These Events Specialists will be responsible for planning, setting up, and executing events to drive brand awareness and meet sales goals.

This is a temporary project. It is set to kick off on February 17th and goes until April 30th.
Locations: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule:
*MUST HAVE FULL AVAILABILITY*
· Monday - Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
· Friday - Saturday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
· Occasionally Thursdays as needed
Requirements:
· Background and Driving History check is required.
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
· Independent, reliable transportation.
· A working smartphone with an active data plan.
· Availability during the specified hours.
Key Responsibilities:
· Host and coordinate engaging events to promote products and drive sales.
· Set up and tear down event materials and ensure a professional presentation.
· Interact with customers, answer questions, and build brand loyalty.
· Achieve event-specific sales goals and provide post-event feedback.
Compensation:
· $18/hour base pay plus a bonus for every qualified event.
· $25/month tech allowance for using your smartphone during work.
· For each event that you meet the sales goal, you will get an additional $30. If you attend 6 events in one week and you hit your sales goal at every one of those events, you’re going to get an additional $30.00 for each six of those events. For you, not the store.
Other condictions:
· Must be available to go sometimes to pick up your work materials (T-shirt, samples) and merchandising at a central located warehouse or wholesaler. This would be necessary when the sale point is running out of stock, and prior to your first shift.

- Do you have full availability throughout this weekly schedule? Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Fridays and Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Also, occasionally we may need to throw in a Thursday into your rotation, just depending on the need for coverage in the event.
- Do you have a reliable form of transportation that when you're scheduled to be somewhere, you can guarantee that you would be at that site at your scheduled time?
- Are you available to go sometimes to pick up your work materials (T-shirt, samples) and merchandising at a central located warehouse or wholesaler, when necessary? (Just necessary when the sale point is running out of stock, and prior to your first shift).
- Do you have a smartphone that is comfortable navigating? (it will be necessary for clocking in and out. We're providing a $25.00 a month technology allowance).
- Do you agree with the payment conditions? (It's $18 an hourly rate, and for each event that you meet the sales goal, you will get an additional $30.
