What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR Program Manager (REMOTE) position at Marco's Franchising, LLC?
The CSR Program Manager plays a key role in developing, managing, and executing CSR programming at Marco’s, including fostering a culture of engagement within Marco’s Franchising, LLC (MFLLC) and overseeing the fundraising and operations of the Marco’s Pizza Foundation (MPF).
In this role, you will collaborate with the Senior Director of CSR to design impactful programs, manage execution, and communicate results to stakeholders. You will also work cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and community leaders to drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development & Execution – Work alongside the Sr. Dir. of CSR to design, implement, and evaluate CSR and MPF programs, including sustainability efforts, community engagement, and philanthropic activities.
- Partnership & Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, non-profits, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Foundation Governance & Compliance – Assist in ensuring MPF remains compliant with federal and state regulations, including financial audits.
- CSR Trends & Best Practices – Stay informed about CSR trends and recommend initiatives for adoption within Marco’s.
- Social Media & Communications – Support the development and management of CSR-related social media content and data.
- Marketing & Brand Awareness – Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to create relevant CSR communications that enhance brand awareness.
- Budget & Talent Planning – Contribute to department budget planning and resource allocation.
- Special Projects (As needed)– Support additional projects to advance MFLLC and the CSR department’s mission.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Minimum: Associate’s Degree
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- Minimum: 2-4 years in corporate, non-profit, or community engagement roles
- Preferred: 4-6 years of experience in a similar capacity
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web collaboration tools
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Sound judgment, confidentiality, and discretion
- Preferred experience in finance and accounting
- Strong listening, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to navigate organizational dynamics and influence outcomes
