Key Responsibilities

- Support project managers in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to align project goals with business needs.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to plans.
- Identify, assess, and help mitigate project risks and issues.
- Document project activities, meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for IT solutions.
- Support testing, training, and deployment of enterprise system enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum: 2-4 years of experience in IT project management or a related role.
- Preferred: 4-6 years of experience in enterprise application projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Project Management: Basic understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and IT project lifecycles.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of finance, supply chain, or HR business processes.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify risks, analyze requirements, and propose solutions.
