We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, developing and implementing strategies, and driving growth. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations, managing budgets, and ensuring that the company meets its goals. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
• Manage and motivate staff to ensure maximum performance.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
• Training new and current staff.
• Create and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
• Manage overall direction of the store and the staff.
  
  

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week.
