We are currently looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team.

Position Overview: As an Assistant Manager at Marco’s Pizza, you will be a key player in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality food and excellent customer service, and supporting the store’s overall success. You will assist the Store Manager in overseeing staff, maintaining inventory, managing cash flow, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service
• Train, motivate, and lead a team of pizza makers and delivery drivers
• Maintain high food quality and cleanliness standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns
• Oversee cash handling, register operations, and ensure proper cash control procedures
• Help manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
