Position Overview:
As a Crew Member at Marco’s Pizza, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing our delicious pizzas, and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment. We’re seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about great food and working as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Accurately take orders and answer any questions.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and care.
- Food Preparation:
- Prepare and cook pizzas to Marco’s Pizza standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain the freshness of all ingredients and store them correctly.
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to create a delicious final product.
- Cash Handling:
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register.
- Follow all cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance:
- Keep the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms clean and well-organized.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks and adhere to sanitation protocols.
- Assist with the maintenance of kitchen equipment and report any issues.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborate with other team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with your team to provide excellent service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
