We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pizza Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Pizza Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, promptly, and in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver pizza orders to customers' homes or businesses within a designated area.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Verify the accuracy of each order before leaving the restaurant.
- Handle cash and process payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.
- Follow traffic laws and company delivery procedures to ensure safety.
- Communicate with restaurant staff and customers as needed to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Assist with food preparation, restocking, and other duties as assigned during downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must have a reliable vehicle (gas mileage reimbursement may be offered).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good knowledge of the local area and roads.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25-30 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
