We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of food management and service quality within our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Assist in food production and ensure that all food safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory control processes, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning for the shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Train new staff members on operational procedures and best practices.
• Support the Assistant Manager in administrative tasks as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or hotel management is preferred.
• Proven track record of team management and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with food production processes and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with budgeting and inventory control is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
